Improving permission management #267

  1. Request permissions when needed, for example, context menu
  2. Subst all_urls with activeTab? Not sure, because pressing hotkey doesn't fall under the listed actions. Even then, solving auto-inserts or mathomania requires persistent access to the website textbox..

Maybe later. Not really sure but this would feel a bit like blocking flow.
