Right now they all have very similar colors, but this is how they should be:

Here the:

ul.menu-list.main-menu-list li Topbar links ("HOME", "TOP", etc.)
div.caption.titled+span.contest-state-phase subheaders "Pay attention"+"Before contest"
a:visited - the visited link for "2018-2019 ICPC..."+"Register now>>"
.topic .title a p - topic heading "Lecture #3 - ...", etc.

are all differently colored.

TODO: Look for more examples then settle on a uniform coloring scheme.

changing top bar text color fixes the issue
