I want to enhance the navigation bar by making it transparent and sticky so that wherever the visitor is on the website they can go to a particular section of their choice as this will make the UX appealing.

I want to apply this feature using CSS3 to make the nav bar sticky.

I am willing to work on this feature kindly assign this to me under GSSOC23.
