For #8, the Dark Elf Female Pointed Ears need to be fixed in the Universal LPC Spritesheet before it'll work properly. This is body/female/ears/darkelf1.png, but it should just be darkelf.png. Other than this it appears to work fine.
For #7, not only did I move hair to the bottom of the list, but I also moved ears below hair and hats below ears. For the default ears, they're usually fine on their own, but other ears look weird to me if the hair is over them.
Moving ears may be a questionable move, so let me know how that works, but Hats DEFINITELY needed to be moved below Hair. I wasn't sure how to mess with behinds, and I didn't think it'd work well, so I just moved things around instead.
