Summary

Add a audio on off button for video based stories only, so that on image based stories it should be hidden and it appear only for video based stories.

• If user turn off the audio then throughout all the stories no audio should play
• Similarly if user turned on the audio then throughout all the stories audio should play
• Provide a default config for users to either play audio by default or not.
