@parsch.inc:
– add a nice icon for editing (because we don´t deliver any translations).
– inactive "modules" still look a bit ... strange.
… change the position for a) the edit-button and b) the inactive modules.

icons are applied, the whole tools moved into the breadcrumbs

@klemens: please add .tools-active to the trash-list-toggle-handler (same 
behaviour like the edit-dashboard-toggle-handler)
