Inlines forms #393

Grappelli version: master branch (2.3.3)
Django version: r16855 releases/1.3.X

There is problem with the "inlines forms". If you use the "Add row" and then 
the "Remove row" and save model, it raises exception MultiValueDictKeyError.

grappelli is on github! please use the issue-tracker over there. at best, test 
with the latest version (2.3.4).
