Feature Convert text to Speech #19

I will add feature to convert the entered text into a audio of the text.

@prateek-1606 Good initiative, you may proceed. Try making a bug free code along with better UI experience

Just a piece of advice, try to avoid merge conflicts.

@KarthikS373 I'm sceptical that you will be able to work on so many issues simultaneously, hence i'll suggest working on the assigned issues first.

The issue should not be taken for hacktober swags, it should be done with utmost sincerity inorder to contribute and build the open source community.
