Coin-flip command is broken

Steps to Reproduce

Use /coin-flip command

Expected Behavior

Bot replies with heads or tails

Actual Behavior

The application did not respond (no error in console)

Reproducibility

Works every time

This may have been caused by a recent pull request

it seems like the code for coin-flip command has been removed, but the command name and description is still there
