bad error handeling in /role

Steps to Reproduce

Use /role when setup is not complete, if Overmounting role has a admin role under it

Expected Behavior

replay "Overmounting setup is not compleate, tell you administrator to place Overmounting role under admin roles"

Actual Behavior

replay "please use valid hex colors"

Reproducibility

use /role when Overmounting is not setup correctly
