REQUIREMENTS / DESCRIPTION

As a seller, I want access to a dashboard where I can manage my listings, view sales performance, and monitor customer inquiries. The dashboard should provide a clear overview of key metrics and facilitate management of product listings and interactions with customers.

Functionalities:

• Product Management:

  • Add new product listings.
  • Edit existing product details (e.g., price, description, availability).
  • Delete or deactivate product listings.
  • View the status of each product (active/inactive).

• Sales Performance:

  • View total sales made.
  • Track monthly and yearly sales performance.
  • Display top-selling products.
  • Provide insights into sales trends (e.g., seasonal performance).

• Customer Interaction:

  • View customer inquiries related to listed products.
  • Respond to customer messages directly from the dashboard.
  • Track the status of inquiries (resolved/pending).

User Interaction:

• Sellers should be able to access the dashboard upon login and view their personalized product and sales data.
• Navigation tabs for easy switching between Product Management, Sales Performance, and Customer Interaction sections.
• Display visual indicators (graphs/charts) for sales performance trends.

Implementation Notes:

• Use Firebase for product data storage and retrieval.
• Integrate sales data tracking with existing database systems.
• Ensure that only seller-specific data is shown in the dashboard using appropriate user role checks.
