Lightbox effect on article images #182

Hi, I am just wondering if it is possible to get a lightbox effect on standard articles main image?

Sure by probably the easiest way will be to use some Joomla plugin which will add this effect to every article image. Please note that in default Joomla articles you can't specify thumb and full image so it will display image with the same resolution.
