How do you setup a Joomla Quickstart template package made by with parallels plesk

Hi I'm having a problem setting up the Joomla quick start template. I"m using parallels plesk control panel I did all the instruction from the question and answer section https://www.gavick.com/documentation/joomla-templates/templates-for-joomla-1-6/quickstart-installation-for-joomla-1-6/ However when I"m ready to install joomla, plesk has the option of installing it as an app When I do the custom install it just uses the default Joomla page. Please help I really waant to get my site up and running

Please just upload quickstart files and create a database for a joomla - then please install it as a normal joomla.
