Fix branding type text with SEO on and no info filled in settings

Conditions:

• user choses theme logo type "text"
• user chooses theme logo text "from WP settings"
• user has SEO enabled

Added condition checking: if appropriate SEO settings are blank, Gavern will use bloginfo(name) and bloginfo(description).
