In general you can download Meet Gavern 1.6 from this repository - currently there is no plans for add any new features, we will only need to add some changes in the demo content and generate the Quickstart packages till 20th February :)

11 years ago BTW please remember that Meet GavernWP 1.6 fully supports Child Themes, so you can override PHP files in the child theme in version 1.6 :)

11 years ago Ah thank you. I'll wait till FEB 20 or so since there is just one day. About this if it's viable you could add it in Gavern 1.7 or 1.8/1.9 as it isn't much to code and looks like a neat feature.
About child themes. I made my theme with 2 styles( lights off/ lights on). If I use child themes I can still use both styles?

I found a plugin digging for something to smart load Youtube videos or put an image over them(and activate them when clicked) to reduce load times of my pages. It's not what I've wanted at all but it does something cool. Gives you the option to choose from add new post page wether to have the featured image for that post or replace it with a featured video.
It doesn't conflict at all with Gavern, they aren't any problems between them but I want to know approximately when Gavern will receive the 1.6 update since I have to put some small piece of code in it and don't want to look after it twice.
Ah and if you want to take it as a viable proposal for implementation this whole thing consist in only 3 files( 2 of them being an screenshot and a readme file).
