Theme options accent colour #236

It's not an issue or really a feature but it could be something cool. Noticed(late enough, I know) that Gavern 1.6 has light blue as it's theme options color. On Gavern 1.7 it's changed to something like mauve. You should keep this color changing stuff as it's looks good, keeps theme admin identity and it's that version identity: Eeeh, my admin is orange(green ...etc) so, I have 1.8 update.

The change is connected with our future website redesign ;) But I will work to place a current framework version on the back-end header :)

Ok, good thing but to be honest I did't think about that :)) Just thought that every version should have it's own backend color for a cool admin pannel: 1.6 light blue, 1.7 mouve, 1.8 donno :)
