Widget Rules not saving. #265

This is my website url: http://hubbytes.com.cp-30.webhostbox.net/ and there is a header widget enabled there. What I want to do is to hide this header widget on all pages except the homepage. So I did the same ( Screenshot ).

Please help me to sort out the issue.. screen

Ok, did you click Add page button (under homepage on the screen) before saving widget?
