Short posts - left bar posts list error

Which kind of subpage is showed on the screenshot? Because it probably isn't the category archive or category:

On all these subpages types the post data are limited to post date.

This is main page with Blog content - with disabled option "Widgets Display on Homepage" in Basic settings.

This is not subpage
