Missing "Back to Top" when Footer content area is empty.

As i said, when Theme Branding -> Footer content area is empty (first i write there something, then delete) "Back to Top" link is not showing..

For now You can klick "space" button in this area, this is solving problems for now..

In general it wasn't a real bug, but I've decided to change a theme logic in this place - please apply the following fix: https://github.com/GavickPro/Meet-GavernWP/commit/328f78b4bc3df63004dd7fff151c26537c2b5f7c to solve your problem.
