Featured articles and “By order” news order #362

Hello, I want to use "By order” news order with "Featured items only” but it doesn't work, I get only by date order. J! 3.5.1 with News Show Pro GK5 1.9.3.5

Hello,

Sorry but I cannot reproduce your issue - I've tested on a clean joomla the newest version of the module and all is working fine if I set the by order ordering - ascending and descending.

Hi I'm having the same issue. Some more details: K2 set as source with 2 categories and New News set as module mode. Latest Joomla and NSP version. The order of featured articles in K2 is completely ignored in the module.

Again, until I use “Show featured items" ON or I don't use it at all the module works fine for By order. If I use "Featured items only" ON, the module load articles in Date order. There are two instances in the same page, the second one don't show the featured articles and works fine, the first one don't. They have the same settings except the "Featured items only".
