I'm trying to have links in modules open in a new tab and even though I've set Article layout > Article pagination > Open links in: > The new window in the necessary modules, the links still open in the same window.

I'm trying to have links in modules open in a new tab and even though I've set Article layout > Article pagination > Open links in: > The new window in the necessary modules, the links still open in the same window.
Any troubleshooting on this?
