Restructures Perfetta directory to conform to Ghost configuration. #3

Hi, Your theme is great; however, it doesn't work as it is currently structured. Here's a screenshot of what appears after I install it:

My pull request will remove the initial subdirectory perfetta and the README.md nested in the perfetta subdirectory:

Now everything works :)
