Menu highlighting

Very nice theme, thanks for making it available.

Just one issue: when you change page, e.g. go to the about page, the menu highlight stays on index, when it would be expected to highlight 'about'.

Unfortunately currently as far as I know Ghost doesn't offer an option to detect a current page in the custom navigation :/
