Weather 1.7.2 not working #29

I have been in contact with Robert over the weekend, to no avail, so he says try here.

My problem is that I get the 3 question mark screen on a site that worked, but is not online, on refreshing the page I sometimes get data with forecast for 11 & 12 April even after clearing the Joomla cache and the module cache Trying on a live site today, with your Warsaw data and our local data both gave the 3 question mark image gk4 meteo screen shots

The version in use is 1.7.2, my joomla is 3.5.1 and php 7.0.2

I do need your module as you understand the need for the words to be in a non english language and for that I am very appreciative

From what I see, I agree with you, does this mean that you will be updating the module to work with the new Yahoo api specification or not?

I need a module that provides a forecast, so do I wait for you or search further for a module that works in multi language formats

No change, I have tried it with 3 woeids: 615708, 610294,0588335 all to no avail

Still the message current() expects parameter 1 to be array, null given in D:\Ampps\www\cuzance\modules\mod_weather_gk4\helper.php on line 333

Did you tried to empty the cache directory inside the module?

I set it up so as not to use the cache, however this morning I cleared the directory and still the same and the directory is still empty

Message now says fopen(D:\Ampps\www\cuzance\modules/mod_weather_gk4/cache/mod_weather.backup.bxml): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in D:\Ampps\www\cuzance\libraries\joomla\filesystem\file.php on line 330

@Nicky46 - please check write/read permissions for the cache directory. Chmod should be set to at least 0644

It is a local directory on my disk, anyone can read or write users and system have full control

However I have now installed it on a live site and it is working there, I have then copied the live cache directory to my ampps site and that appears to be working, will keep an eye on it over the next few days

I have also changed your French lang file a bit as there was quite a bit of on public screen English in it and attached it to this mail, not sure if it is helpful for you

Good morning Tomasz

Here is the screenshot from the live site this morning, as you can see the forecast is for today and tomorrow and not tomorrow and the following day. The module cache is in use with standard settings and the site is also cached with a 15 minute cache time

Not sure where we go now, but will send another screen shot tomorrow or sooner if the next two days change during the day
