It's been quite a week trying to get the rerunning of ignored trials to work. There were some serious issues on how to do it and things I misunderstood about how MATLAB works and my own program structure. With some help and a lot of work I've finally got a handle on it (V17) and am now cleaning it up to make it actually work smoothly as it should.
V18 should have Repeat Until Correct working. I had it interwoven with the No Count Errors handling and it made a mess.
I've also restructured the handling of the various file paths which introduced new bugs into V16 which should be fixed in V17
You can work with V17 that you have but it's still somewhat buggy and missing features. Got those juice solenoids working right? Have you tried dipping an odor tube into a bit of water to see how much is coming out? I'd use a shallow dish of soapy water so you can blow bubbles and see how big they get.
