Timer overlap and reuse changed v34 #57

New timers were constantly being created and deleted slowing things down and maybe causing some errors. With fast licking it was possible to have a new lick while the LED was still green. Can't start a timer that is running already. V34 timers changed to be reusable, one for each activity (tR tL tRw tS tCR). Check added to not start a timer already running. Skipping a too fast flash of LED shouldn't be a problem. This should fix the problem of the light staying green or timer errors.
