PR merge and release to allow for dockerization #8

It appears that PR #3 needs to be merged and an official release made for me to be able to dockerize ichorCNA in a tagged way.

@gavinha if you update the package to have a new version number in the DESCRIPTION that matches the GitHub release version name, I can dockerize this for everyone and post back the dockerhub location.
