updated to R 4.1.2
adjusted documentation
shifted existing R script for "runIchor" to a function, repaired missing params
created tags + release for tethering to for installation in docker containers for WDL-izing

Happy to chat about the gory details, but the goal was, and appears as far as we can tell, to not change the underlying math, only the packaging.
