CTRL+F2 not initialised #57

for some reason KeyStrokeUtil.getMatlabKeyStroke(MatlabKeyStrokesCommands.CTRL_PRESSED_F2) returns null from time to time on a matlab startup.

Matlab resets this thing on runtime every now and then. User Has to disable Matlabs shortcut for Set/Clear Bookmark (preferences>Matlab>Keyboard>Shortcut>Set/Clear Bookmark)

well not yet fixed, just no error is thrown
