User Story: In my role as an Admin or Authorized User, I have the capability to log in to the admin console for backend access.

Acceptance Criteria:

Admin user and password are created.
The /admin page is available and has an authentication form.
Users can log in to the admin console by submitting their credentials on the authentication form.

Tasks:

Create an admin user in Django.
Verify that the admin console authentication form is available.
Verify that a user can log in to the authentication form with their admin credentials.
