EPIC: Epic1: Authentication

User Story: As a user, I would like to be able to move from the Register page to the Log In page and back.

Acceptance Criteria:

The user can navigate from the register page to the login page by clicking a hyperlink.
The user can navigate from the login page to the register page by clicking a hyperlink.

Tasks:

On the register and login pages, create hyperlinks.
The hyperlink should point to the register page from the login page and from the login page to the register page.
On the login page, name the link "Sign Up."
On the Register page, name the link "Login."
