User Story: As a user, I would like to read the manual to understand how to use the application.

Acceptance Criteria:

On the Navbar, there is a link to the "Manual" page.
When the user clicks on it, they can read a manual on how to use the application.

Tasks:

Create a Manual page with a written manual.
Create a link on the Navbar that redirects the user to the "Manual" page.
