Resolve stalls in NetBeans 6.8 #64

Environment:
   ivybeans 1.1, netbeans 6.8, Windows XP SP2, jdk 1.6

Description:
   Resolve task starts but never gets past 0%. No errors are shown in 
NetBeans log.

I have been experiencing similar problems when ant does ivy:resolve, but the 
ivybeans resolve menu works fine.

I set the netbeans proxy settings to none, and everything started working. Set 
it back to manual configured values and - it still kept working. ????
