Currently editing scope conf mapping is not saved when project properties OK button pressed #76

Project Properties>Ivy dialog
edit a Configurations list for a Scope

With editing still active (cursor still in the  table) press the Project 
Properties>OK button.

The changes made to the configuration are not saved.

Workaround: lose focus and stop editing by picking another cell in the table 
before pressing OK button.
