Issue 89 is not completely resolved #96

Environment : ivybeans 1.1, netbeans 7.0 , Windows 7 , jdk 1.6.0_22

Description :

Followed instructions according to issue 89 and installed special version from 
this site https://bitbucket.org/davesmith/ivybeans for Netbeans 7. 

No problems with SWF tutorial. Works both in NB7 and in NB6.9.1(NB6.9.1 with 
own .nbm module). NB7 requires creation of ivysettings.xml

Note: SWF tutorial doesn't create JAR file, instead runs project through "Run 
file (Shift - F6)" command. 

Problem: Building a jar file doesn't work in NB 7 or running it with green play 
button, while this works in NB 6.9.1.
Extra note: you have to uncheck "Compile on save" in NB 6.9.1

Is NB7 going to be supported in the future ?
