Disable language attribute for script elements #26

Using <sj:head /> results in (JavaScript) script elements containing a language 
and type attribute. However, the language attribute is not present at least in 
XHTML 1.0 Strict, resulting in invalid pages when checked with W3C's validator.

The attribute should be considered to be removed, or a parameter to be made 
available to disable it.
