gstreamer1 ports seems to be broken #113

Jedi: Fallen Order into fails to play

winegstreamer: failed to create decodebin, are 64-bit GStreamer "base" plugins installed?

Need more investigation into the possible cause.

Strangely this didn’t occur with 1.22.10 nor is this is an issue with gst-wine
