wine-stable: Tweak ignoring MoltenVK arch #47

When building for x86_64 on arm64 we’ll still require x86_64 MoltenVK where currently we’d only get arm64

This should ensure MoltenVK gets installed as +universal on arm64, the MoltenVK Portfile still might need to be tweaked.

Not merging this until I’ve verified this after work.
