NFR of 1000 patients not sufficient #18

It was stated in the Non Functional Requirements that up to 1000 items of each list can be added without sluggishness. However, given that this is for something to be used in a pandemic, 1000 patients entered is defnitely not enough, especially considering how many patients were infected during the Covid pandemic in Singapore, (more than 30k).

Team's Response

The severity of this issue has been dropped to low as v1.4 is intended as a small scale project. This NFR could be fixed as the application is gradually scaled up in the future if need be.
