This rebases the pull requests #96 #99 #103 #113 #116 #121 #122 #127 on top of the current master, fixes some problems with failing tests and ensures the proper commit prefixes.

If you insist on keeping a file based changelog (I would argue the git history and the github release description is good enough) a changelog update could be added as separate commit in the release preparation.

I'm fine with both changelog updates in the actual language file commit or (if multiple langauges were touched) as one final commit afterwards.

Rebased with minor changes (including a bugfix in the matlab keyword list).
