Stop using #!/bin/bash, use #!/usr/bin/env bash #11

Not all systems on this earth do have bash installed as part of the system. For example most of the BSD systems and more custom system have bash installed in /usr/local/bin/bash or some other position. I'm working on a pull request to fix that.
