token.js not found #15

I fixed the path for receive_token.html in commit #972450b, but inside of that file is referenced src/token.js, which does not exist.

This makes it impossible for me to run the app locally.

Nicked the token.js from dev.unhandledexpression.com, works now.

You can find token.js in the tutorial.
