relative addresses should be absolute #3

I unpapered the Unhošť Wikipedia page (which worked supernice, even with image! :)

But the relative links from the article are now relative to the app, for example http://dev.unhandledexpression.com/wiki/Kladno whereas it should be http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kladno

On unpapering, all the relative links to other pages of the site should be converted into absolute ones.
