ability to delete individual unpapers #4

Currently there’s a button called »RAZ« which just erases everything. This should be removed, instead having a delete function on every entry. Deleting everything is much too destructive and an edge-case to be in the interface.

fixed in fe3081408dbe70ed351c157020fe7673a28a9215 . The delete link needs styling, though. The RAZ button will stay here for now, as it's easier for development, but will be remove later.
