stages no longer available ? #35

Dear all

I noted that from 1.1.15 PR 'Stages' are not longer available, as they were in previous versions.

I had a quick look at Pipedrive API versioning info (https://developers.pipedrive.com/changelog) but could not find anything about Stages.

Is there a reason ? Shouldn't it be reinstated ?

I have added a PR above to get stages back. Any comment ?
