Describe The Bug Gourmet Buffs are not working in spite of eating food that improves magicka/stamina/health regen together.

Expected Behavior Gourmet buffs are supposed to apply.

Cannot reproduce. Gourmet buffs apply correctly. Please provide more context, what isn't working?
