[BUG] World does not load when exiting the Soul Cairn at the end of "Beyond Death" #91

Describe The Bug When trying to exit the Soul Cairn at the end of the "Beyond Death" quest the loading screen finishes and plays the sound of entering a new space but the screen stays black and the game stops responding. I have only tested a single save but it happened consistently for several attempts

Expected Behavior Instead of a black screen, Valerica's laboratory should load

List Version 2.4.0.1

Additional Context Using setstage to complete the quest combined with a coc command allows leaving the Soul Cairn as a workaround.

This same issue is occurring with me on a fresh install and new game, except it is happening when I try to enter Severin Mansion when starting out in Raven Rock.

Had same issue, seemed to work after trying a few times.
