Adding North American city names to Giant Earth #69

Adds locations for North American cities on the Giant Earth map
Adds English-language text for the above cities
Adjusts the starting locations for Vancouver and Tikal(Maya) on the Giant Earth Map. This is for "More CS for the World"

Hey Moda, I think you've got your files in the wrong place. The CityMap.xml file should be in Civ6-YnAMP/Maps/GiantEarth, the GamePlayText.xml file should be in Civ6-YnAMP/Gameplay, and the TSL.xml file should be in the Civ6-MoreCSForTheWorld repository. You need to make sure you upload them in the right places because otherwise the files don't overwrite their older versions and we get duplicates.
