Cleaned up cities in Minnesota & North Dakota
Cleaned up cities in Iowa and made Iowa more geographically accurate
For Giant Earth Map

It seems that the edited files are not in the correct folders, GamePlayText.xml should be in the /Gameplay/ folder and CityMap.xml should be in the /Maps/GiantEarth/ folder
