Some tiles inside Asia are assigned as Africa. #99

When I use GiantEarth fullsize, some tiles inside Asia are assigned as Africa as shown below.

I forked a branch in https://github.com/alondight09/Civ6-YnAMP/commit/27f8a78af20d56d7118bcf05644e6bbadd79a84c to fix, and tested locally. May consider merging into the main. Thanks.
